The Aurora Soccer Club will be holding their 2025 Annual General Meeting on October 22th, 2025 at 7 PM in person at the Saskatoon Sports Centre Boardroom. Refreshments to be provided!

All voting (one vote per family) will be done by ballot. If only one nominee has been presented for a specific office or position, such election may take place by acclamation as per Section 6.3 of Aurora Soccer Club Bylaws. Please note, The officers vote will be done at the first board after the AGM.
To eligible to vote you must be either an Active Member (child registered in the club), Coaching Member (currently assigned and coaching with the club), or an honorary member (designated and voted on by the board).
