Financial Assistance Overview

Families requiring help with soccer registration fees must submit applications at the time of registration. Registration fees are paid upfront and reimbursed once third-party funding is approved. Players are responsible for ensuring external payments reach the club and cover any remaining balance.

Available Funding Programs 

We encourage you to apply to both KidSport and SYSI for available grants.

• KidSport Saskatoon:  A children's charity that provides up to $500 per calendar year (January-December) for eligible youth.
• SYSI Athlete Assistance Fund: Offers up to $500 per calendar year for athletes in age groups U7-U19. Covers registration fees only (excludes equipment, travel, or team fees).
• Aurora Soccer Club Ways & Means Fund: May cover partial registration costs not fully funded by third-party programs. Does not cover individual team fees or tournament costs.  
• You must first apply for alternative financial assistance before applying for Ways and Means.
• Submit your completed application to operations@aurorasoccer.ca

NOTE: If your grant applications are denied, you are responsible for the outstanding fees.  If you are unable to pay these fees, please email operations@aurorasoccer.ca to cancel your registration.
