Aurora Vision
The place where the shared love for soccer connects us, where we shape future soccer stars and nurture tomorrow’s leaders. Empowering, uniting, and inspiring each other to reach our full potential all while creating unforgettable experiences in a fun and professional environment.
Aurora's Values
United, Inspire, Empower!
Founded in 1997 following the implementation of Saskatoon Youth Soccer Inc.’s (SYSI) zoning policy, Aurora Soccer Club is the official governing body for youth soccer in Zone 3 of Saskatoon. Our zone represents the following communities of: Arbor Creek, Brighton, College Park, College Park East, Erindale, Forest Grove, Sutherland, University Heights SC, and Willowgrove.
At Aurora, our goal is to foster a lifelong love of soccer by promoting participation, development, and enjoyment of the sport for youth of all skill levels. We are committed to creating a positive environment that emphasizes
fair play, teamwork, competitive sportsmanship, ethical behaviour, and community fellowship.
Aurora Soccer Club is powered by dedicated volunteers and governed by our official bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual. Each year, we establish standing committees to support club operations and advance our programs.
You don’t need to be a board member to contribute. If you’re passionate about making a difference in our soccer community, we welcome you to join a committee—please reach out to our
President for more information.
Treaty 6:
Aurora Soccer acknowledges Treaty 6 territory—We play on the ancestral and traditional territory of the Cree, Dene, Blackfoot, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux, as well as the Métis. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Métis and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We recognize the land as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we are greatfully playing on in growing the beautiful game.
