Aurora's Annual General Meeting: Notice
Hello Aurora Families,
The Aurora Soccer Club will be holding their 2024 Annual General Meeting on October 23rd, 2024 at 7 PM in person at the Board Room at the Saskatoon Sport Centre (150 Nelson Road).

Reviewed 2024 financial statements will be sent prior to AGM.

Bylaw amendments have been put forward by the current Aurora Soccer Club Board of Directors; these will need to be voted on by the membership during the AGM. A summary of the amendments and rationale is available HERE, as well as additional notice to accompany said changes HERE. Additionally, original and proposed amended bylaws are available HERE.
The following nominations have been accepted by the Nominations Committee and the election(s) shall be carried out at the AGM:
- President - Totie Daplas *Nominee for Office position in the case that the above bylaw amendments are not approved*
- Treasurer / Director-At-Large - Megan Foster *Nominee for Office position in the case that the above bylaw amendments are not approved*
- Director-At-Large - Kelly Rapko (Re-Election)
- Director-At-Large - Scott Wickenden
- Director-At-Large - Shane Machlachlan
- Director-At-Large - Sarah King
- Director-At-Large - Bonnie Thiessen
Voting procedure will be carried out with Officer positions first (*If the bylaw amendments are not carried, if they are: remove Officers from here*), followed by the Director-At-Large positions. All voting will be done by ballot. If only one nominee has been presented for a specific office or position, such election may take place by acclamation as per Section 6.3 of Aurora Soccer Club Bylaws.
*A household shall only count for one vote*
