Coach/Manager/Gender Rep Requirements

Want to be a Team Personnel?

To be allowed on the bench as a Coach, Manager and Gender Rep you must be completed your items of the Safe Sport Roster. Please see to the requirements and following steps;

  • Coaches (Head and/or Assistant) - Must complete all the items below to be complete and allowed to be screened again.
  • Managers and Gender Reps - Must complete items #1, #2, #3, and #7(New this season) to be considered done, you will have to create an NCCP number by making your account on theLocker.

**For new coaches theLocker is where you can get started by creating you first NCCP number and access the online training** 

  1. Registered in RAMP, Click here and register under “Staff Participant”: https://www.rampregistrations.com/login?v3=a1866de3f6 
  2. Respect in Sport Valid within the past 5 years AND updated on your RAMP account (Can't expire until after the season). Click here if you need to complete one: https://sasksrc.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/ 
  3. Criminal Record Check/CRC valid within the past 2 years AND photo uploaded to your RAMP account. - Email registrar@aurorasoccer.ca and we can provide a letter for you to bring into the police station.
  4. NCCP Age Appropriate Coach License (Email us a screenshot of their online course completion if it doesn’t show in your Locker). *See Link and password below*
  5. Making Ethical Decisions course (found in theLocker or SYSI Course). *See Link and password below for SYSI Course*
  6. Making Head Way course  (found in theLocker under E-Learning)
  7. Understanding Rule of Two course  (found in theLocker under E-Learning)
  8. Emergency Action Plan course  (found in theLocker under E-Learning)

 These course will be offer by SSA and will be communicated to you by the Aurora Soccer Club or can be found on the SYSI website: http://saskatoonyouthsoccer.msa4.rampinteractive.com/content/coach-requirements-amp-clinics

Should you be chosen to coach with the club, the Aurora Soccer Club will reimburse you for these coaching courses upon submission of your receipt to the club.
